We use only the highest quality DVD-R blank media which is compatible with most DVD players. However, this still means that some customers will NOT be able to play the DVD. DVD-R is compatible with approximately 93% of all DVD players. However, 7 of 100 people may complain the DVD will not play. Before ordering, please ensure that your DVD player can play DVD-R formatted DVDs.
