Hypnotic I Media LLC believes in the efficacy of our products and services. That being said, there are limits to the effectiveness of any general DVD or hypnosis-based product. Prior to purchasing one of our products, please understand the following limits and disclaimers.

All of the testimonials on our product web sites are from real people who have used our products or services. Some of the testimonials may have been edited for ease of reading or length, but the customer's message remains intact.

Our DVDs are not meant to take the place of or replace any psychological counseling program. You understand that these products may bring up unconscious memories, images, or metaphors. You understand that you are fully responsible for handling such individual responses. Unresolved psychological issues that may arise from your unconscious from use of our products that may warrant counseling must be addressed beyond the scope of these DVD products at your own expense. Your personal results will vary. There are no expressed or implied guarantees or warranties of results. These programs are non-medical in nature. Obviously, we cannot custom tailor each DVD or program to the needs of an individual, and individual response to each DVD program will depend upon the conscious and unconscious patterns inherent in each individual.

You also certify that you take 100% responsibility for your own well-being at all times.

You also certify that if you are taking any form of prescribed medication, you will continue to take that medication as directed by your physician. It can be assumed that no results are to be expected as a result of one’s purchase of these products. HMI and/or Dr. Vitale do not and cannot make any representations, promises or guarantees of the effectiveness of his products. That being said, HMI, Dr. Vitale and his associates, partners and affiliates firmly believe in the effectiveness of hard work and the power of positive thought and that, more than anything, is what he is selling and teaching.
