Warranty and Return Policy

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Our Warranty covers any defect in Materials or Workmanship and excludes damage caused by improper usage or normal wear and tear.

Should your purchase prove defective in either Materials or Workmanship, contact us. Our Customer Service Representatives will assess the problem and provide instructions on returning your DVD for repair or replacement. You must contact us within 60 days of your purchase in order to have the DVD replaced.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, we will refund the product price of your purchase less a 10% restocking fee. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to obtain a refund. Contact us within 30 days of your purchase in order to return the product. After receiving the RMA number, you will have seven days to return the product to us. Any returns received without an RMA number or received after the seven day return window will not be eligible for a refund. The product must be returned undamaged and unaltered in any way.

This refund policy does not apply to digitally downloaded products.

This refund policy is only applicable to orders placed via Hypnotic I Media's online shopping cart. If you order products through another vendor (e.g., CreateSpace) please refer to that vendor's return policy. We cannot process returns for items purchased from other vendors.
